A current subscription to GOVIS Incorporated entitles any staff member of the subscribing organisation to:

• attend GOVIS seminars
• participate in GOVIS Support Forums (SFs)
• attend the GOVIS conference at the GOVIS member rate
  (a conference fee applies)
  Note that the Conference and many one-day seminars are also open to non-members for a modestly higher registration fee.
• access the GOVIS Member Only value-added services
• become a member of GOVIS Incorporated (there is no membership fee, but your employer must be a subscribing agency)

Not a member?

Membership of GOVIS is by organisation, and is restricted to agencies that meet one of the following criteria:

• Inclusion in the First schedule of the State Sector Act 1988
• They are an organisation listed by name in the Fourth schedule of the Public Finance Act 1989
• They are a "State service" as defined in Section 2 Interpretation, of the State Sector Act 1988
• They are listed in the GOVIS Constitution

The GOVIS subscription year is aligned with the financial year used by most member organisations. It runs from 1 July to 30 June of the following year.

Subscribing Agencies are carried over automatically from the previous year. GOVIS sends invoices to the last known agency contact. An asterisk (*) to the left of your organisation's name signifies that your agency subscription is now due.

This page will be updated as subscriptions are processed. Please allow a week or two for updates to be posted - your Finance department and GOVIS both have processes that take some time.

When renewing your membership, please complete a membership form and send this to GOVIS with your remittance. Organisations wishing to discontinue their membership must do so in writing to the Secretary as required by the GOVIS Constitution.

If requesting "member" rates for conferences or seminars, please proceed on the basis of your organisation's inclusion above. Your organisation is almost certainly still a member while on this list, even if seemingly in arrears.
