All fees are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
Early bird registration opens on Tuesday March 17th, 2015. Full payment is required by Wednesday May 13th to receive the early bird discount.
Full rate applies from Thursday May 14th, 2015 onwards. Full payment is required 14 days after you receive the invoice or before the conference, whichever date is earlier.
Registration Inclusions
Full conference registration includes all conference sessions held on Thursday June 18th and Friday June 19th, morning teas, lunch, afternoon teas and one entry to the social evening, breakfast and post-event drinks.
Day conference registration includes all conference sessions held on the day chosen. Thursday registrations include entry to the social event and Friday registrations include entry to the breakfast and post-event drinks.
Share your Full Registration
We encourage participation in the conference and invite you to share your full registration. This means that up to three named delegates from one agency can use the same conference registration as long as only one person attends at a time. Shared registration is very cost effective if you can plan your GOVIS 2015 attendance as a team.
Speaker Registration
Conference speakers receive a complimentary registration for the day on which they are presenting and may purchase a one day registration for the other day.
Delegate Registration Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations are subject to a $100 administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will still be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Friday May 15th, 2015. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the GOVIS organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
