All fees are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
Early bird registration closed on Monday May 12th, 2014. Full payment is required by this date to receive the early bird discount.
Full rate applies from Tuesday May 13th, 2014 onwards. Full payment is required 14 days after you receive the invoice or before the conference, whichever date is earlier.
Registration Inclusions
Full conference registration includes all conference sessions held on Thursday June 19th and Friday June 20th, morning teas, lunch, afternoon teas and one entry to the social evening and post-event drinks.
Day conference registration includes all conference sessions held on the day chosen. Thursday registrations include entry to the social event and Friday registrations include entry to the post-event drinks.
Share your Full Registration
We encourage participation in the conference and invite you to share your full registration. This means that up to three named delegates from one agency can use the same conference registration as long as only one person attends at a time. Shared registration is very cost effective if you can plan your GOVIS 2014 attendance as a team.
Speaker Registration
Conference speakers receive a complimentary registration for the day on which they are presenting and may purchase a one day registration for the other day.
Delegate Registration Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations are subject to a $100 administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will still be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Friday May 9th, 2014. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the GOVIS organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
